Elpida 512MB PC800 ECC Rambus memory module. Designed for Dell Dimension 8100, 8200 and 8250 plus countless other systems. Includes ECC which is an error correction feature required by many servers and workstations. 184 pins, 40ns, with black alu heatsinks. 45ns access time, also compatible with systems designed for 40ns.
Rambus RDRAM memory modules must often be installed in matching pairs so we recommend purchasing two matched modules for best possible performance. Please check the motherboard manual to see if installation in pairs is required.
