512Mb DDR2-667 (PC2-5400) memory module from Advance. Rated CL5 at 667MHz, 8 chips, single-sided. 64Mx8 chip configuration, non-ECC, 240 pins.
The DDR2 DIMM enables better electrical performance and speed, in relation to the DDR DIMM and DDR SoDIMM. Work on 4-bits of data per clock cycle, as compared to the DDR DIMM which works on 2-bits of data per clock cycle.
