We stock Samsung RDRAM computer memory upgrades as well as Rambus RDRAM from Elpida and Infineon. The computer memory capacity ranges from 128Mb and 256mb to 512Mb, and in clock speed from 800MHz to 1066 MHz. The two common standards for RDRAM Rambus is PC800 and PC1066.
Samsung RDRAM memory is mainly designed for Pentium 4 systems but is also suitable for a range of Pentium III computer systems. We stock both ECC and non-ECC 128mb, 256mb and 512mb RDRAM computer memory with most desktop computer systems using the non-ECC type, and servers and workstations typically using ECC Rambus RDRAM memory. All Rambus RDRAM computer memory upgrades in our range have 184 pins and are equipped with aluminium heatspreaders.
