SDRAM

The SDRAM memory typy is available on two standards – the PC100 (100MHz) memory and PC133 (133MHz) memory. We stock SDRAM in capacities from 128Mb to 512Mb. The PC100/PC133 SDRAM is manufactured by some of the biggest names in the industry like A-Data and Transcend.
SDRAM memory modules have 168 pins and operate at 3.3V. We offer a range of configurations on these modules, from low-density memory modules suitable for quite old systems, up to high-density modules which are designed for more recent SDRAM based computer systems.
